DiscoveryDaze provides mobile sensory play experiences for children, aiming to create engaging and educational activities.  

2. Messy Play and Attire:  

Parents and guardians are advised that our sensory play experiences may result in children getting messy. It is recommended that participants wear appropriate clothing for these activities. DiscoveryDaze is not responsible for any damage to clothing or personal belongings.  

3. Photography and Marketing:   

DiscoveryDaze reserves the right to capture photographs during events for marketing and social media purposes. If you do not consent to the use of photos featuring your child, please notify us before the event. Your privacy is important to us, and we respect your preferences.  

4. Allergies:   

While DiscoveryDaze avoids using high allergy foods such as nuts in our activities, some of our products may contain traces of allergens. Parents and guardians are responsible for informing us about any allergies their child may have. We strive to accommodate specific needs to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.  

5. Event Modifications:   

DiscoveryDaze reserves the right to modify, adapt, or cancel activities based on unforeseen circumstances, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to communicate changes in advance.  

6. Booking and Payment:   

To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit may be required. Full payment is expected before the day of the event. Cancellations made within a specified time frame may be subject to additional fees.  

7. Liability:  

Participants and their guardians acknowledge that engaging in sensory play involves a level of risk. DiscoveryDaze is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of our activities.  

8. Communication:   

It is the responsibility of the client to communicate any special requirements, concerns, or preferences before the event to ensure a tailored and safe experience.   

9. Supervision:    

This is intented to be a supervised experience. All parents/carers must take full responsibility for their child/ren during these sessions. All experiences are designed in mind that each child will be supervised at all times. Our experiences contain water and other small objects that could be a hazard if not supervised. 

By engaging in DiscoveryDaze services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. DiscoveryDaze reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time, with notice provided to clients.
